Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" — all sales of digital downloads (including the Beginner Garden Starter Kit and any other downloadable resources) are final and non-refundable.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us before buying.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Custom Garden Planning Service

Because custom garden plans require significant time and creative work, our refund policy for this service is as follows:

• Before work begins: If you request a cancellation before we have started work on your plan, you are eligible for a full refund.
• After work has begun: Once we have started designing your garden plan, refunds are not available. We will notify you when work has commenced.
• After delivery: All sales are final once your plan has been delivered.

If you are unsatisfied with your delivered plan, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we are committed to ensuring you receive a useful, thoughtful result and will work with you to address any concerns.
